Giriş anımdan çıkışıma kadar her an yanımdaydı, samimiyeti ve yardımseverliği için kendisine minnettarım. Gerçek bir misafirperverlik örneği gösterdi. Temizlik, özen, şık tasarım ve konfor bir araya gelmiş; oda içinde tüm detayların düşünülmüş olması gerçekten fark yaratıyor. Otelin ödüllü tasarımı, profesyonel ekibin iletişim gücü ve özellikle resepsiyondaki Onur Bey başta olmak üzere tüm personelin samimiyeti, bir otel konaklamasının da ötesinde bir deneyim sundu. Otel bünyesinde düzenlenen süreli sergiler ise mutlaka görülmeye değer; konaklamaya ayrı bir kültürel zenginlik katıyor. Kahvaltıları üst düzey; çeşit, lezzet ve sunum açısından öylesine başarılı ki, farklı yerde kahvaltı aramanıza gerek kalmıyor. Mardin’i yansıtan, çok kaliteli bir otel

Merdin’de gezilmesi gereken yerlere yürüme mesafesi, tasarımı otantik ve doğal, her bir nesne doğal malzemeden yapılmış, tertemiz, özel bir otel. Havlular, çarşaflar bile doğal müslin kumaştan. Güleryüzlü hizmet harika. Navigasyon ile bulmak zor, otelin önüne kadar araba gitmiyor, 1. Caddeye girmeden ararsanız iyi olur. Büyük bir otelde kalmak yerine taş ve doğal dokulu, sanat dolu bir konsept arayan, butik otelde kalmak isteyenler için harika. Kahvaltı çok lezzeti, akşam yemeği yok. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz, baharda tekrar gelirsek yine tercih edebileceğim bir otel.
