"We had an amazing stay, our room with the terrace was gorgeous, so light and fresh. We really enjoyed use of the hot tub. A great breakfast each morning with fresh and yummy ingredients. Parking a real bonus - very secure and large enough for our van. The location was perfect, very central to all the main sights. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"

The room was clean and had plenty of room. The rain forest shower was the best. Hotel is well located, with many things in walking distance."

"The breakfast was superb. The staff and lobby area are great. My room was uncomfortably small and cheaply constructed. The queen size bed was next to a wall so one of us (me) had to crawl on the bed to get on and off. Sink was ugly and in the hallway. No space for luggage."

"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

"Staff was amazing throughout the stay and the room was impeccable. We loved the suite, the finishes, and the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Cocktail bar downstairs is underrated, not sure why it seemed empty because the bartender was a master and their gin selection was very impressive. Breakfast in the morning was also well worth it, the chef was very attentive and her food was delicious. We 100% plan to return and would highly recommend booking the suite for your stay. "

"Tolle Zimmerausstattung, flauschige Handtücher, Bademäntel und ein bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war eher klein und der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Wir konnten kostenlos früher einchecken, allerdings mussten allgemein 100 € Kaution hinterlegt werden, was ich etwas schräg fand..."
