"A great, reasonably priced, and clean hotel with very friendly staff, just a 5 min walk from the main train station in Nice. The air conditioning was so welcome in the heatwave. Highly recommend for travelers!"

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn’t really suitable for three adults and one child. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which I assume was coming from the drains. The staff did try to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the smell lingered for most of the trip. "Hotellet serverte en god frokost med godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Vi fikk både oppgradert rom og sen utsjekk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. "The only thing good I have to say about this property is it was in a great location but up 3 flights of stairs, horrible, with no lift. There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."

"Excellent and very helpful staff. A staff member showed me all the interesting spots to go in the city and was super helpful in giving advice on the city. I loved the location of this hotel and it was super close to a tram stop and well as the train to get to surrounding cities (Antibes, Monaco, etc.).
