"Very proactive staff, all friendly, excellent English and well designed for foreigners. Internet was very slow at peak times- this was only downside. Really appreciated the transport to and from airport. The dining felt like 5 star food without 5 star prices (although I am not a gourmet)."

"What a special place! My room was spotless and the staff were warm, kind, and attentive, and always willing to help with whatever I needed. The setting is fabulous - right on the ocean with a magnificent pool. The sea breeze was delightfully cooling as we ate delicious meals in the restaurant. The small raft was a super fun way to access the hotel when we arrived, and added to the tropical adventure atmosphere. "

"We booked as it had a good review. On arrival we thought the rooms were a bit dated but everything went up from there. The grounds are lovely, nice and intimate, the staff were fantastic and Mr Gomez greeted us at breakfast every morning. You will get offered eggs for breakfast but you can ask for a menu but limited offerings. having said that the eggs/omelette were fine for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would stay again."
