"Had a 3am check in and they ensured that someone was there to let us in. It was difficult to find the entrance, but after calling them, someone came down to help. We just stayed here for a nights sleep before going on our travel round sri lanka and it served our purpose. Good location, friendly staff, can't complain!"

Also expect possibility for buying alcohol on an expensive hotel like this. Response was first that this was due to not having license, and this might be in place for our next visit. Later it turned out it was due to the Ayurveda concept. Frustrating that management kept changing the reasoning. There is indication on hotels.com this was a non-alcoholic hotel. "
