Desde nuestra habitación teníamos vista al mar y eso te llena la vista desde el amanecer. Las instalaciones en general todo súper limpio y confortable. El paquete todo incluido está más que excelente. No necesitas salir para nada. Tienes todo dentro del hotel y eso está padrísimo.

Tiene bonita playa, alberca de buen tamaño, variedad de comidapara adultos, pero no el menú infantil, buena atencion meseros y lobby. El hotel ya es viejo y tienen goteras y los baños algo deteriorados. La atencion de algunos bartender deja mucho que desear ademas de los horariospara abrir en un todo incluido es apartir de las 11 am a las 6:00 pm y solo hay un bar disponible en todo el.hotel y abren otro hasta las 9:30 de la noche hasta las 10:30 pm en el area de show y hasta las 11:00 p.m habilitan el del lobby bar. Considero que si es todo incluido deben ampliar horarios y abrir mas bares para todo el hotel.

Anteriormente ya nos habíamos hospedado en este hotel y la experiencia fue buena pero en esta ocasión en una de las tardes llovió y la luz se fue toda la noche en parte del hotel por lo que no tuvimos luz, y en nuestra habitación del piso 15 cayeron varias goteras en la madrugada, al despertar había varios charcos en la habitación.
