"Kitchen is very nice but you have to take out your own trash and take towels down to front desk if it’s after 5:00 pm.They don’t clean room I was there 6 days they never cleaned my room and I had sign on door. Breakfast is basic should not even have it pool and hot tub is nice . The elevator smells like pee and so did my room front desk said it’s the cleaning spray they used. The next day they mop elevator and the smell was gone."

"Loved our short stay, so convenient close to the boardwalk. We had a 1 bedroom unit with 2 full sz beds. The bedroom was spacious as well as the living room and dining area. It had a small kitchen well equipped, microwave, fridge and all necessary dinnerware , pots and pans etc. if you wanted to cook. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable, everything else was great. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"This was worse than expected but I was stuck staying. The door did not lock properly (deadbolt would not turn) - I was able to secure the door with a chair. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside and through the walls (seriously could hear everything being said as well as the kid with a cold sneezing next door). For all the noise “maintenance” made through the day, they should concentrate on cleaning the property - quite littered, even a bottle of urine in the parking lot. The paint was peeling in the shower/tub area. The presented “breakfast item” was literally a children’s Quaker Chewy Bar - not what I would eat at any time of day, and the coffee was barely warm (no coffee in-room only in the lobby). The shower had good pressure and was hot, and the bed was comfortable."

"RUN!! I recommend NOT booking a room at this place. I spoke to other guests who feel the same way. I booked a room due to budget constraints. First, I booked this hotel years ago, and another owned by the same people, which is located up the street. That hotel is called Empire. Unfortunately, in my rush to book a hotel before my trip, I had forgotten my bad experiences with this management company years ago, until a feeling of dread came over me when I realized the mistake this time around. First, it feels like the Front Desk Clerk might be the only one who works there. I did not see anyone else but the maids during every shift, both times I was a guest. To make matters worse, he is a NASTY, rude person with no warmth whatsoever and totally lacking in adequate customer service skills. Also, the customer service desk is mostly vacant, and you have to ring the bell repeatedly. When I asked him to fix the TV he said "he wasn't working now" and would call later. He never did. This time around, the television set did not work; there was no overhead lighting, only dim light from the dingy, decrepit lamps; and a tenant told me to avoid the unsanitary ice machine. At the Empire, the woman who owns both properties is NASTY, hot-tempered, and she began screaming at me for criticizing their bad customer service. She told me to get out and never come back, and slammed the door. After the incident, I read a review from another customer complaining of her temper. AVOID THIS PLACE!!"
