"The staff was courteous and the room was spotless! I booked last minute and I got the last available room which was a king size bedroom and I didnt know it came with a bath tub and that was very nice! Mirage hotel is so highend and so classy I love staying here it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Mexico and I’m proud that it’s located in my Pueblo La Piedad 💙 never disappoints, very lovely place 😊"

"Only one elevator is working and it always gets stuck. We had to take the stairs up and down few times. The city view was a curtain with a city photo on it, LOL. The view from the window was horrible; it was concrete walls and dark (false advertisement). "
