"Pet-friendly and comfortable, relaxing and quiet stay. Great gym and pool area. Wireless WiFi was all that was available. Norton VPN blocked and alerted of Fraud reports. Why does this Hampton not have a secure data access for an additional price.???"

"Overall a good one night stay. The staff at check in was courteous. There was an issue with the hot water. It was not on. Outside of that, breakfast was good and the room was pretty clean. Would stay again"

"Poor Customer Service My husband booked a room around 6 PM for what he believed was the same night. When he arrived at the hotel, he realized the reservation had accidentally been made for a date one month ahead instead of that night. The hotel informed him they had no availability for the same night, which is understandable. However, what was disappointing was that they refused to refund the reservation. The booking had been made less than two hours earlier, and the reservation was still scheduled a full month in advance, giving them plenty of time to rebook the room. Despite explaining the mistake, they denied returning the money. Very disappointing customer service and lack of flexibility for an honest mistake."
