"Simple property with parking right at the door. Very clean. Very easy check in. Super nice staff."

"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "

"When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"My husband,and I frequently stay at this property due to the close proximity of Mohegan Sun Arena. The shuttle service is TOP SHELF!! Though the prices this property charges are much higher than others, we bite the bullet ONLY FOR THE SHUTTLE SERVICE! Now, that being said I have a major problem with the OWNERS of this property! "This is "no frills", but highly recommend. Pleasant all around...from check-in, to complimentary items to the coziest bed and pillows. 15 minutes from UConn campus, close to State Park, restaurants and scenic drive."
