"Our room stunk of smoke and had ants crawling on the ground. Ant traps under the couch and some type of bug crawling on the bed. Got our money back and went home "

"The good Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The bad Hotel is pet friendly. There was a dog barking all night. A dog was very aggressive in the elevator towards me. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. No free breakfast. I would stay there again"

"I saw the nice clean large hot tub in the picture and when I got there the pool and the hot tub were kind of nasty. We walked into the pool area and it was hard to breath, their was a musty smell. I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool area. A few weeks ago we brought our grand daughters to the Comfort inn in West Yarmouth, very clean nice pool and hot tub. I though they would be similar. Ice machine on our floor was out of service for 3 days, I bet it still is! Are their people living there permanently? very odd. Breakfast was good, nice hostess."

"The hotel new an up grade because the elevator was shaking and made a little drop when it stopped, the room I had, had stains and dirt in the comers, shower curtain needed a washing."

"Our room was wonderful and spacious. The downfall was not being able to sleep much due to the people in the room above us. We heard every footstep, children running, and heard them dropping things on the floor all night long… we maybe got 3 hours of sleep each night. We stayed here because it was a convenient spot near family and near where our dance competition was, but not sure if we will stay here again due to being able to hear so much commotion above our room."
