"Location was great. Right on the beach. Staff was great. Getting there a challenge. Book someone to assist you. This is a family hotel. Not the best for singles or younger people. Lots of kids. Only 3 pool loungers but covered in families with lots of young kids. Morning buffet not great but gives you something to start the day. The room I booked wasn’t available the day I arrived so was put in a different room. They didn’t inform me- just wrote it on the paperwork they asked me to sign. I had to bring it up. So I had to change rooms on the 2nd day. But it still wasn’t ready after 3pm. They did allow a late checkout on my last day to compensate which I really appreciated."

"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level. "This is a great value for Westerners. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really good. The facility is just beautiful. They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall"
