especificar cuando no hay cobro de impuestos

me dieron una tarifa a pagar por la página, pero no decía que era sin cargos. Cuando llegué a realziar check in, me apareció un cobro más alto. Deben especificar cuando no se hace cobro de impuestos.

Muy Recomendado como un 3 Estrellas!!

Personal muy formal, atentos y acomedidos en la recepcion y en el restaurante. Habitaciones limpias y comodas. Lo unico que le falta es tener un Ventilador o Aire Acondicionado. O cierras las dobles ventanas para evitar la bulla y mueres del Calor sin Aire, o duermes con bulla y que Entre el aire.. De resto muy central, organizado y excelente personal de trabajo. Muchas Gracias :)

Everything was good/ a ceiling fan will help.

Everything was excellent , very helpful people working there , and a very clean hotel, there's only one thing i don't understand about the hotels in Manizales colombia, Why don't they have Air conditioning?. I understand the weather outside is nice, but theres no air flowing in the rooms, a ceiling fan or something will help...

Hôtel sympa et calme

Excellent hôtel, petit déjeuner moyen sauf le jour où il y a eu un groupe:là, ils ont été dépassés. Pas loin du centre mais pas bien facile pour y aller. Navette gratuite Aéroport sur réservation.

en realidad tienen menos de lo que ofertan

ES un hotel modermo y confortable, aseado y comodo. Sin embargo, en su presentación dice que tiene restaurante y parqueadero pero en realidad no tiene ni lo uno ni lo otro. El parqueadero esta ubicado en un edificio independiente que no tiene un solo empleado y que cierran de noche con llave, de tal forma que usted entra al parqueadero y queda preso. No hay forma de salir de alli, porque esta sellado e incomunicado. Es lo mas ridiculo que he visto. Lo empleados son conscientes de la estupidez del sistema pero no hacen nada por ayudar a los huespedes y se limitan a decirle a uno que ellos detestan mas que uno el método y que lo mejor es que uno se queje. El restaurante en realidad tiene un solo menu fijo al almuerzo y de desayuno y no tiene servicio a la carta ni a la habitación. Es decir, en realidad es menos de lo que ofrece y no se si lo que tiene le alcanza para la cantidad estrellas que ostentan,

Hotel agradable y cómodo

Fué muy buena la experiencia. El personal muy amable, la habitación excelente. Sólo una sugerencia: cómo soy persona mayor y con limitación de movilidad, tuve dificultades por falta de manijas de seguridad en el baño. Sin embargo, a mi regreso a mi amada Manizales, estoy segura, me hospedaré en el hotel Benidorm. Muchas gracias.

El servicio al cliente es lo mejor

Nuestras estancia fue muy cómoda el servicio al cliente fue excepcional ya que tuvimos varias visitas durante nuestra estancia y servicio de comida. El staff del hotel nos ayudo a pedir taxis seguros cada vez y nos dejaron bebidas en el refrigerador. Gracias por todo!

It was fine. Almost new building, typical business hotel. Take care though - the Restaurant (and bar) closes earlier than you might expect

Excelente Hotel, lastima el horario de Check Out

Muy buen hotel, moderno, cómodo con muchos detalles, buen servicio. El único problema que tuve es que el Check Out es a las 12m, demasiado temprano y descuadra mi horario de trabajo, no fue posible que me autorizaran el Check Out a las 14 horas, razón por la cual, aunque el hotel es perfecto y muy cerca para mis viajes de trabajo, me veo obligado a no volver a requerir sus servicios.
