"Fantastic location for downtown Winnipeg and The Forks area. On site parking was a big bonus. The room had an odd smell on first entrance but 20 minutes or so of air conditioning cleared the air. Comfortable beds (compared with the Days Inns and Wingates to follow). Breakfast was "no frills" but quite adequate. If I return to Winnipeg, the Humphry will likely be my hotel of choice."

"The staff at this hotel is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our Tv was not working and they offered to fix it next morning, when we had to check out. They collect your personal details like names of all guests that are staying which I found unusual. Parking is a nightmare. Narrow passages in the parking lot and no signs for hotel guest parking! They didn’t even offer wifi password and other details on paper. Avoid at all costs, experience was so bad that I had to write my first review!"

"Oliver who checked us in was amazing and very kind. No issues with staff. The property itself is very run down and shabby. The Internet was spotty at best in our room and we kept losing connection. The top sheet had a weird brown stain on it which was outputting. The toilet paper roll had someone else's hair on it as well which was weird It was very noisy between outside street noises and hallway noises. You can hear everything. The AC units worked on. We wanted to use the constant fan...

"Excellent hotel, great location! The continental breakfast had a huge variety of options and was delicious. The Standard Studio with one king bed was a great layout for our family, plus it was pet friendly for our dog which was wonderful. The pool was great, however the water slide was really fast and wouldn’t recommend for the smaller children (or at least not without an adult on it with them). All in all, would recommend this hotel!"
