"Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"

"Room had no telephone, to get reception you have to call the hotel using own phone. Electric receptacle for plugs were so loose that plugs got disconnected. There is no hot water. Both washbasin and commode let out dirt laden water for sometime. Seams like room was not used for sometime or toilets were not attended to for some time. The TV was not operative without paying and activating the hotels account with the cable company. Only good thing is that the fan and a/c worked. The price I paid...
