This is not a hotel this is someone's apartment. When I tried to enter the building the front desk said they are not accepting new residents due to coronavirus restrictions. I tried to contact the person I booked with and they said I need to go the hospital and get a health certificate? I didn't have the time to do that so I told them to cancel the booking.
However they didn't cancel it, so I tried to cancel it with hotels.com support. But hotels.com support said they contacted the person I booked from and they refused my refund request. I will probably never book another hotel on this site after this horrible experience.
