i believe i have been treated very badly by this hotel, they would not, give me a refund, even though the reason i could not make it to the hotel was out of my hands ( Force Maseure) my flight was cancelled by air asia , thats the reason i could not make it, but they will not give me a refund, i will never ever stay in one of their hotels ever again.

This hotel is the best I've stayed in Phillipines. I arrived 6am and the staff were very helpful. The room was spotless. With a nice view from the window. Shower was the best I've used for months. There is a rooftop to get a nice view of the sunset. I really liked the staff and chatting with them. Very helpful and friendly especially the nightshift girls on reception and nightshift guard. Also this is a great area to stay and I felt pretty safe in day or night. Felt like real Manila.
The property is nice. Pero yung mga staff, HINDI. MGA MANGGAGAMIT. MAGNANAKAW. KINUHA YUNG SUSI PRA MACHARGE AKO. SINUMSUMPA KO. KUNG SINO KUMUHA NG SUSI NYUN MAMAMATAY BUONG ANGKAN
employees are very welcoming, no dicrismination at all, clean and very comfy stay, will definutely book again soon hehe

This was our second stay here and highly recommended. The place is spotless, the aircon silent and only about 15 from international terminal.
Warning though - there is no lift and 5 floors so luck of the draw how much climbing you have to do each day.

They didnt clean our room. We put the sign outside the door to make up our room. But there wasnt any actions until we checked out. So disappointed.

Property failed to reserve my room until day of arrival. I had messaged the hotel twice that I would extend my check out by one day, and at check in, I made it very clear that my check out would be one more day. However, the staff apparently are so inept that the hotel still overbooked. Today I was "forced" check out.

Hotel obviously double booked the already paid room, made the reservation 11 days prior to arrival, arrived after a 30h flight to be sent away because they double booked. Completely useless. Stay away.
