"The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk."

"The AC in my room was not working properly. Went down to the desk multiple times to ask if 68 was the lowest the air would go. They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more. Went back down to the desk and they said they would once again send someone up. No one came up and it was already after 1 am. Was offered Hilton honors points if I was a member but I’m not.
