The photos listed are NOT REAL. The hotel looks nothing like that. We stayed on the 22nd floor and it was terrible. Once we stepped off the elevator, we were appalled. The hallway looks like something out of a horror movie. Dimly lit, wallpaper peeling. Our room wasn't much better. Bathroom was old and gross. Wallpaper again peeling off the wall. An old ragged office chair in the corner. Carpet old and stuck to your shoes. The walls are paper thin, beware hearing your neighbor if they so much as cough or laugh. No breakfast. Lobby chairs were falling apart. The only upside to the this hotel is the proximity to Times Square and Central Park and Broadway. If you want to be in the middle of everything but don't mind an overpriced dumpy hotel, this is your winner.

Location of this hotel was great. 2 blocks from rockafeller center & 2 blocks from times square. Staff during check in & check out wete very nice. My 1st impressions of the room was that it was very outdated, but for the location & price, I didnt care much about the lack of updates. However.. the bath tub was cracked, clogged & didn't appear very clean. We walked so much the last day of our trip my feet were bleeding & i decided to wait until we were home to shower bc i didnt want to risk getting an infection from the bath tub.. Also, we went the weekend before Christmas. It was the coldest weekend of the year and there was no heat in the room so we had to go to bed cold & wake up cold. Bed was very old & uncomfortable. We were afraid to look under the sheets. We are not complainers & pretty easy to please.. Location was great, but hotel was NOT comfortable. We wont be staying here again & wouldn't recommend.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance and the hop on hop off picks up right outside the hotel

Great location. Staff was accommodating. The hotel is in very shabby condition.

This property is in a great location! To have been on the “executive floor” the room appeared to be a bit dated. The a/c did not properly cool the room; we spent most nights with the windows slightly open to keep cool. We had to request face towels on a few occasions because they only put two in the bathroom. The carpet also appeared to be dirty and the bed was quite hard.

I likes the area was very convenient. But the service was crazy when i spoke to managers on to occasion. There was know heat in my room.

I had booked the junior suite 5 months in advance that I paid good money for. I arrived and they told me it was flooded and put me in a standard room and only took off $50 and said "there was nothing more they could do". Then, the hotel management told me they contacted Expedia and I should expect a refund. Then, when I contacted Expedia, they had no record of the hotel contacting them. Not only was the upper management of the staff liars, the room was disgusting. Left over yogurt from a previous guest, moldy sink, broken faucet, dirt in shower etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Perfect location, right next to Times Square and easy accessibility, however rooms and overall hotel tired and need cleaning/refreshing.
