"Would never book again, no parking, horrible breakfast, elevator had me trapped, dirty linen, was told to park at the bus stop and I wouldn’t get a ticket.. this is nyc why would the staff tell me that???"

"Upon checking in, we were assigned to a room that was already reserved for another guest (if the key was working properly, we would have walked into a room with someone already inside). Once this matter was corrected by the front desk, we were directed to our room. During our stay, the water in the bathroom sink appeared milky/cloudy until we turned the faucet in a particular direction. This did not make us feel comfortable with brushing our teeth as we were not sure if the water was safe to use in this state. "
