"Clean, brand new hotel. Decent free breakfast. Decent food for dinner. No housekeeping for four night stay, even when requested. We were told they were short staffed. Had to go to linen closet each day for towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We stayed in a suite that was quite large and chose it because it had a mini kitchen. It even included a dishwasher, but sponge, detergent, etc. were not provided. The cabinets were empty with the exception of utensils and maybe 2 bowls and 2 plates. This hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is friendly, but lacks daily housekeeping. If that is unimportant to you, it’s a very pleasant place to stay."
"Rooms were shining clean, spacious (single king) with a high bar for working, a small couch/chaise for relaxing, a small coffee bar, refrigerator, and safe. The closet was a pass through allowing access from the bathroom or the living space. The bed was comfy; the pillows not so great (my only complaint) - too lofty. Lighting, USB-A charging stations, heat/AC, shower, and room amenities were wonderful.
We really appreciated the self-service tea, coffee, hot water station and the selection of snacks. The gym had all the basics. We will definitely stay here again."
"Among the cleanest and best-kept properties we’ve stayed at. Well appointed in a creative, attractive way. Friendly and helpful staff members that were attentive to everyone. Will stay again when traveling thru Bozeman."
"This hotel is the cutest!!! The decor is so pretty, the owners thought of every detail. The rooms smell amazing (I bought the diffuser and reeds at the front desk!) the satin floral robes are so cute, the overall retro vibe is evident throughout. Each room has a record player, cute retro mini fridge, the wall sconces, even the wastebasket and accent chair were all adorable! Every employee we encountered was friendly and so helpful.
I loved being able to check in via text and acquire the door code. Communication about housekeeping came through via text, which I also really appreciated.
The one and only thing that was tough was hearing our neighbors above us. Because this is a renovated older motel- it’s to be expected, but the foot traffic was LOUD. I was surprised they didn’t have disposable earplugs in the room (I brought my own). That would be the 1 small detail they could add that would be appreciated.
The lobby, the cafe, the pool, outdoor fire pit area (the umbrellas, tables, chairs, even the throw pillows: all cute!!). We will definitely stay here again!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel."
