Nice and well priced!
We just happened to choose this hotel and what a pleasant surprise. Right off the bat Lilianna at the front desk was absolutely delightful and informed us of the little restaurant and bar on the premises which turned out to be our second suprise. The room was large & comfortable, the bathroom a little small but clean. I would recommend trying this hotel.

Very poor rooms. There were no garbage cans in the room. No bedspreads. There was one small lamp. There was a hanging light but it either didn't work or the bulb was burned out. Are phone chargers kept falling out of the outlets. It felt unsafe. We only stayed one night even though we were staying two.

Keep driving
Staff was friendly but not very helpful. TV didn’t work. The girl at the desk said maybe the maintenance man could help but he wasn’t there and she didn’t know when he’d be back. “Maybe tomorrow.” That was a typical interaction. Everything was dirty, dingy, mismatched. The towels were stained, as were the sheets. The one bright spot was dinner. There is a small cafe in the building and they had wonderful authentic Filipino food.

Standing at front desk shoes sticking to floor should of told me to check room. Got keys to room absolutely filthy was told that was workers room. Check another room stinks filthy and had full size beds calling them queens in which should of been changed 10 years ago. Would not recommend this filthy hotel until they do complete remold!

I am well aware of what I pay for when I stay at hotels. This hotel was cheap HOWEVER, I feel really the price didn’t match the service. The carpet in the hall way was heavily soiled, including pills on the floor. The rooms and hallway were recently painted but there were paint splatters on the wall. The bedding was torn and didn’t match. one bed had a torn comforter from walmart and the other had a nothing but a light blanket. the beds were comfortable but you could see the box spring and mattress were stained. Also there was no deadbolts or safety latches on the doors. Also the rooms were so poorly light we had one hanging light and one in the bathroom and shower as well as a lamp on the bed side table.

The last straw, after walking to our room through a very unclean facility, which clearly had many long-term residents, was the fact that the bathroom had no toilet seat. Just two broken plastic hinges. But that was just the last straw. Photos extremely misrepresentative. I’m not terribly fussy. I like to find inexpensive hotels, and don’t expect frills. But I was still paying $80 and I DO expect a clean room.

Front desk staff were in chaos but were nice, friendly, and willing to help. Room was very basic. Bathroom did not feel clean. Noisy hallway. I had to go to the onsite bar to get a drinking glass. Basic room for a very low price, so we got what we paid for.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but had a king. I prefer the 2 queens but the king was ok. Were some pennies on the floor close to the corner of the room by bed. I had my phone on my nightstand of which there was only 1, and it barely reached the plug in of which I had to have the phone on the opposite side of the nightstand from where I was. There was a switch, like a light switch that said up was AC and down was heat. It was written on it. I have never seen anything like that. Someone threw up in the hallway during the night. Cafe was not open for breakfast. Bed seemed pretty comfortable. Checking in took longer than it should have.

When we got to the Blackstone, they didn’t have a room for us. They over booked us. They got us a room and when they did, there was mold in the bathroom, there was stuff on the beds. The air conditioner unit was broken, and our door didn’t lock. I would like my money back from this trip.

Was discusitng and stains over all of the floors. Didn't feel safe and was a very sketchy situation. We didn't stay the night at all because we felt it was very unsanitary and unsafe. Very dissappointed and want a full refund!!!

Worried there would be bugs in the bed! Only one towel, no one at the desk in the morning until 10. Couldn’t find our reservation. Floor molding coming off in the bathroom and mold on the tub sealant.

Oh boy... Arrived 145, told checking was 3, but for $30 We could get the room early....no thanks, left & came back. Got keys, dropped stuff in room, went to lounge to eat. 9PM, knock on door andb4 we could answer, front desk clerk let himself in! Said they had no record of anyone checking into that room. I said the lady who checked us in never had me sign any paperwork just give us our keys. Said ok and left. 930 I called Steph (who checked us in) and left voicemail about the issue. 940PM, Another knock on door, it's Steph saying she "thought" she had checked us in... apologized and said she'd refund my money. Bet I don't get it! We checked out and left around 5:30 a.m. left our keys on the counter as instructed because nobody was at the front desk. Non-smoking room, room smelled of smoke. They had a small air freshener on the counter by the table to try to cover it. Neighbors in rooms just kept slamming doors all night long, fan on air conditioner / heater would not stay running. Seems more like a rent by the week or month environment .

Dear Kathy, I personally apologize to you ma'am for what happened, It was 1000% my fault and there is no reason that you should of had to go through this. My system showed the original room was ready to go but upon inspection it wasn't complete. So, I placed you in a different room as quickly as possible being it was a sold out weekend already and my rooms were limited. With everything going on and remaking keys I totally dropped the ball and did not switch the rooms in the system, which unfortunately led to your disturbing evening. Your refund should be showing soon as it was just put thru yesterday. Once again I am sorry for the aggravation my mishap may have caused, I am using this situation to refresh staff on the issues that we can cause by not following through. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I can only hope that you give us another chance to learn from this and recover with world class service. If you still have not received the funds by next week please give me a call! thanks

1st our room was given to someone else. We were give another but chair and dresser were very old. Bathroom door did not shut. This was a problem because we had a bathroom that was handicapped accessible and so the water got all over floor and having a door open was great. No separate tub to keep water offthe floor. Toilet paper got wet because of shower . We also had people try to come in but door was locked. No one at front desk in morning. Air conditioning was not the best. It was very warm in the room all night. We had it on high.

Very out dated. The lady that checked us in went & checked room before giving us the key & stated it was good to go. Went to go to sleep that night & found a condom in the bed. Floor was dirty. When we went to check out on Sunday morning no one was working till 10am. Will not stay again.

Good value
An older facility but our rooms were clean and had updated flooring in the rooms! The staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay and honored my previous rate which was greatly appreciated! We also utilized the on-site bar/lounge and enjoyed our stay! Nothing fancy but was pleasantly surprised by the room size and clean bed!

It’s a nice place to lay your head. Tvs are a little out dated and there is a bar/restaurant attached to it. But the staff is amazing and very kind and helpful

This was an older hotel, could use some remodeling. Very friendly staff, beds werw thee most comfortable beds ive slept on in a long time. Bed were a 10 bedding was fresh and clean. Only a half a roll of toilet paper and no refills in room. No coffee maker or iron. Definitely would stay again. Just for the comfortablye sleep. Outside property had alot of potholes and it appears to be an extended stay. Men outside drinking and cooking. Trash everywhere next morning.

Room wasn’t ready at 8p at night. Our bedroom floor was sticky. The headboard fell off the wall. The TV was 23” on a 25’ wall. There was NO ONE at the front desk at 8am Sunday morning and was informed that no one comes in until 11am.
