Staff were lovely always smiling and attentive. Room was great size, bed a little hard but i took a topper. Bathroom adequate and spacious shower cubicle. No bath but it wasn't required. Lovely verandah overlooking pool. The pool was a great size with both ends having steps with a rail for those with mobility issues. Separate kiddies pool. No swim up pool bar but didn't bother us. Breakfast restaurant was lovely, right next to pool. Usual breakfast fair. Egg station, hot and cold stations, tea, coffee and juices etc etc. Restaurant at front of hotel for lunch and dinner was also lovely. Spa was upstairs and was appeasing to the eye but i enjoyed massages at other places more. Overall was a very enjoyable stay. I definitely would return again.

The property is near the Bali airport. I came in late and shuttle was able to pick me up. Excellent customer service from resort staff. Large selection of food at breakfast. I only stayed one night, but this is an excellent pick.
