"Ik heb 4 nachten geboekt bij het Ibis Hotel. De locatie is goed en op loopafstand kom je bij Pantai Losari. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doet hun best jouw verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Echter, het gebouw en de kamers stinken ontzettend naar VOCHT. Het is gewoon niet gezond. Als je de lift uitstapt op welke verdieping dan ook. "Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food."

"When we arrived the room was a brisk 20C. I set the thermostat at 24C, on "heat" mode. Nothing changed. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance. After much fiddling with Google translate, he told me it was set correctly and "it just takes time". 12 hours latter, it was still 20C. When I sneezed in the room, it snowed! There was also a very strong chemical smell. If you have chemical sensitivities, I would avoid this hotel."
