My biggest problem with this place is that you need to have your room key card placed in a slot on the wall if you want power (lights, outlets etc). We had asked for two key cards and planned to leave one in the slot when out so our devices could charge, but housekeeping pulled the card out when they were in the room. In a world where devices are so commonplace, basically denying guests the freedom to charge them is very odd.
The bed was comfortable, and the heating/air conditioning was easy to use and responsive. I, as someone with relatively limited mobility, found the steps into the property to be quite tall and a bit of a problem. It's close to a tram station which is handy, but I wouldn't stay here again. The quality of the room (stained carpet and walls, slightly grimy bath) and restriction on electricity just weren't worth the price.
