"Everything was great! very friendly and amazing staff works there, brekfast was spot on, location is just perfect. I wanted to give 5 stars, however i was a bit disappointed about laundry, as they dont provide it over the weekend. Also in our room we had a sofa, which wasnt in a best condition but it did not matter for us cuz we did not use it. Overall i will come back to this hotel again"

"This hotel used to be a treat after coming back from holiday. How it’s changed ! We phoned from the airport and were told the bus was on its way. After 4 phone calls we finally arrived at the hotel over an hour later. Check in is all done at little booths so no interaction. Charged £4 for a bottle of Coke to take to the room. Parking is now £50 for 24 hours which used to be included in the hotel rate so we had chosen to park elsewhere. We had been upgraded as requested but due to the faff with the transfer we didn’t really have time to enjoy it. No ask how our stay was on checkout, just took our cards. It used to be great but is now just a very expensive travel lodge with no customer service and no personality. Unfortunately our last stay. "
