"Beautifully appointed and really cosy, despite how spacious the rooms are. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. I was a bit surprised that the rooms didn't offer more amenities or extra comforts as standard, like fresh milk or biscuits, or vanity kits. Appreciate these are environmental considerations, but providing them at an extra charge feels a bit steep given the usual cost of a room here."

"A lovely welcome at reception by Dan who provided us with all the information we needed for our stay and helping us with directions for when we went into the City. Our room was ready and appeared modern and comfortable with everything we needed. Upon return to the hotel after our night out we decided to try the bar for one last drink as it wasn’t late. Unfortunately there were no staff insight in the bar area so we didn’t bother. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and a good nights sleep was had. Breakfast was buffet style and we were shown by staff where everything was before tucking into an all round decent breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of the city."
