"Will stay again definitely. Check in was a faff online - had to ask staff for help a few times but they were friendly and helpful. I knew we would have no tea making facilities but there was a fridge. No hairdryer though which online said was supplied- we asked at the desk and there wasn't one. Otherwise a great state overnight for concert in AOArena. Good location."

"The hotel was an ideal location to the event that we attended, nice bar, staff and amenities. The only downsides that I found were that the toilet seat and lid were not soft close in the room, the toilet flush in the hotel room was difficult to flush ( I did let the hotel staff know on departing) and the toilet flush was behind the toilet lid whenever the lid was up.( poor design?) But enjoyed our night stay and the breakfast the following morning."

"Hotel is very central, 5-10 mins walk from Piccadilly Station. I have stayed here a couple times for the convenience and price. Its a 'no fuss' hotel - really large with loads of rooms but old. That being said its in absolutely OK condition, facilities all worked, bathroom was clean and modern, bed was clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. It definitely attracts a younger crowd but was quiet all night (on a Friday). Only minor issue is there's always a line for check-in, despite checking in on line the previous night. Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay."
