Everything perfect

The hotel is a minute away from the Northern Quarter with all its bars and restaurants. The hotel is very stylish and must be brand new. The rooms are great too. Lastly the reception staff were so helpful 10/10. Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend the check in was straight forward car park straight across the road very cheap for 24h. The staff was very polite and helpful the train station and tram stop 5 mins walk down the road 2 mins walk from the Arndale centre will definitely use this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice, spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location in the Northern Quarter with plenty of bars and eateries. Hotel bar also nice. Only marked down 1 star as bed was a bit hard.

Nice hotel, but be sure to find and pre-book parking nearby as the hotel doesn't have a car park. Parking in Manchesters is expensive and can easily run to close to the cost of one nights stay if you are staying for 2-3 nights! Hotel was nice, staff friendly, well located, quiet (for city centre) and was close to all the things we wanted to be near. Would stay here again.

Weekend stay

We have visited this hotel quite alot of times! I would not go anywhere else other than here, nice , clean lovely staff always wanting to help! The hotel is round the corner from print works, arndale and is reasonably priced! I will definitely be returning again.

Nice hotel, well located with decent parking nearby. Staff generally very friendly and service was good. Reception staff need to be more aware of customers waiting at the bar (look up not down when passing!) but otherwise they were very friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable, clean and well equipped. One night stay for trip to the AO, would use again for a city break.

Very clean

Very clean and modern hotel. The bed was huge! Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The road was very busy through the night so a bit noisy up until a point but that can't be helped. Great location, just a 10 min walk from the AO Arena.

Great stay, great service

The service here was really good. We ate dinner in the bar which simple but tasty and reasonably priced. Rather than fancy and expensive. The breakfast was really good. Better than we expected and the air conditioning was better than most these days. The only downside was not enough glass around the shower so you had to be careful the water didn’t go everywhere. Otherwise an excellent stay

Really enjoyed the stay overall, staff were great and friendly and rooms were very nice and spacious. Areas around bed need dusting down which is the only knock on cleanliness as noticed and touched alot of it. Could do with parking included or subsidised parking ideally as we had to arrange all that ourselves which was annoying. Recommended overall

Great stay

Friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant/bar. They upgraded our room free of charge, which was a surprise! The room and bathroom were clean with all toiletries. It was a bit chilly though as we just couldn’t get the heating to work no matter how much we played around with the thermostat (I’ve removed a star for this). The location is great - just a few minutes from the city centre, tram stops, and Piccadilly Station. Breakfast was great. I thought it would’ve been just continental but they had some cooked food too - scrambled eggs, beans, bacon - which I really appreciated after a long night out in the city. Also tried the cocktails and other food, which were good. Overall, pleasant experience and I’d stay again.
