We stayed here for two nights.
I was very disappointed that the air conditioning wasn't working.
I wouldn't have booked if I was informed about this beforehand.
The staff were polite the place was decent however the room was far too hot.
I didn't get a decent night's sleep on either night.
I called the front desk on the first day asking if they could give me the remote for the air conditioning system and I was informed that they had a problem and the air conditioning wasn't working, this was a shock to me as I only booked mainly for this reason.
I realised that the air conditioning in the main lobby looked like it was working fine?
I was then told that they stopped advertising the air conditioning on the system and I told them that wasn't the case when we booked the hotel.
I payed roughly £270 for 2 nights which is reasonable considering the AC is working.
Not once was I called or informed about this prior to arriving at the hotel.
There was a fan in the room but despite this the room was too hot.
I would be grateful if the hotel management contact me via email or phone call and offer me a proper explanation as to why this was.
I am not a difficult person however I don't like to be misold services.
