A pond adjacent/connecting to the property is filthy, which does not do the hotel justice. It was obvious that the trash has been there for a long time.

Exceptional service, extremely clean accommodation
The service was exceptional! Unfortunately the water in the shower never got hotter than luke warm, and the air conditioning unit made loud, irritating noises when it would run. Those are issues that can be fixed, and we would stay here again because of the service and the cleanliness.

I loved my stay for the most part. My only complaint was that i put in a request for the room to be cleaned on Sunday but that didnt happen. Definitely disappointed, I still gave it four stars because i would definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was very clean and welcoming. It was a bit noisy in the morning, as there was some construction going on right outside the building; however, I believe that it would be very quiet once it is finished. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend
