"Hotel is in great condition, great water views, and rooms are good side. My experience 1- first night had to call lobby to request fix the shower drain that was not working. 2- If you don’t have kids, the hotel offers “only adults” rooftop pool/bar, but there were kids, empty glasses, bottles, plates everywhere, used towels from guests who left were not removed by the staff, and food (appetizer) were not good at all 3- Italian restaurant offers great food and if you sit in the bar area, great life music aligned with the restaurant style."

"We stayed at this hotel so that my husband could get surgery at the Kennedy White Center. It was so convenient! Everything is absolutely fine here and the access is wonderful."

"The rooms have a serious problem with humidity. Your clothes feels moist and anything wet never dries completely. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is lacking variety. No protein except for hard boiled eggs that you need to peel yourself. The yogurt dispenser is a questionable way to serve yogurt. You can see that it was an old motel that was renovated by Hilton. It does have a good central location very close to Siesta beach."

"I believe the word resort is a bit overstated. TV remote didn’t work. Given $5 off coupons for breakfast but restaurant not open. Live music was a guitar player that sang horribly. Staff at the tiki bar charged other people’s food and beverages to my tab then only got refunded the cost of the food, not the tax or the tip I had already paid for on it. Would not go back."

"All around was a very good place to stay. My wife and I stayed there for a week and would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff"

"The beauty of the “resort” is its close proximity to the wonderful Siesta Key beach. I use quotations because it’s really just shelter and a pool, although a nice pool. The staff members were very nice and helpful but couldn’t do much for us in upgrading our room as they claim they never got our requests from the 3rd-party broker. "
