It’s good to stay at higher floors to avoid nightclub noise Perfect location close to mall and the staff are so kind and helpful Kids can enjoy the indoor activities for different ages Restaurants are available every where

the location is convinient and next a mall. the staff was very good and the room was ok but the toilet seat was stained without enough toilet paper. Hand shower was not working properly.

Check in time was slow... Location 10 out of 10 but parking is not so good .. we had to park on the second floor parking lot of the mall and walk all the way to the hotel .. Hotel is clean but needs a serious upgrade But overall it's good hotel considering the price and location

Overall i was very happy with my 2 nights in this hotel, the staff at the reception where very helpful and polite, the rooms was clean and of a good size, the gym and pool for ok. My only negative would be the breakfast, however this could just be due to the current global situation. Good value, great location and i would happily stay again.

The lady receptionist at the desk on the day I checked out was very helpful. I could not find my shorts. She took my number and called me later, stating they had found the shorts.

Lovely Hotel in a Great Location
A very enjoyable hotel that offers so much. The bar on the second floor served our needs before we went out and we had another drink there at the end of our evening. Although there were various photos online showing a full English breakfast including bacon, this was not the case. Otherwise, very good.

This is an excellent hotel due mainly to its facilities and closeness to a mall with a grocery store (there's a cinema, but it doesn't compare to the one at the City Center Mall). The hotel bar is fun, there's a Russian dance group and afterparty room. The pool is adequate and professional masseuses decent.

I called reception to complain about a mistake they did in my booking. They said they will call again, and of course they didn't. As i'm tired from traveling, i decided to rest, but: - i will certainly never come again, neither my colleagues - they are liars - I reported them to Google and complained at other websites and social media pages

There's a soaking tub but the water pressure is so low and not hot enough to actually fill the tub to enjoy a bath. No one came to clean my room until after 5pm.
