"The accommodation is lovely, but incredibly difficult to get hold of any of the staff. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details. I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since...

"My room overlooked the harbour entrance at the rear, very picturesque. Full cook breakfast to your own requirements. All excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location."
