It was run down and falling apart . The maintenance workers didn’t respect the guest sleeping and were doing construction on one of the walk ways were super loud

Internet DOES NOT work, even though it is advertised as available. Bed is extremely uncomfortable with bad pillows as well. Shower leaks every direction except the one you need. Room was clean and staff extremely friendly. Mammoth is in decay with old, decrepit buildings and a lot of dirt around... This was a business trip where I got NOTHING resolved.

The shower was ice cold, never got warm. Tried to shower at night when i got in from the mountain and tried to shower again in the morning before going out to the mountain and it was ice cold both times, it never warmed up. Most important things as far as i'm concerned with a cheap hotel by the mountain is cheap (it was $250 for the night), a shower (clearly never warmed up and was ice cold) and a bed... well the bed was great.

We were there for 3 nights and they never made up our room or even gave us new towels. There was NO space for clothes unless you count the tiny armoire under the TV with only 4 hangers and the space under the end table. We basically lived out of our luggage. also, no in room coffee maker. The walls were so thin you could hear everything. I know it’s Motel 6 but it wasn’t like we were paying $100 a night. You expect more.

It was easy to park and near amenities. My room was small, but had everything I needed except a coffee maker. The fridge was good sized and there was a microwave, and a small desk area. When I was in the office, another guest came in complaining that his sink was clogged and he had been in the office twice to report it with no results. The office manager, instead of saying "I am sorry sir, and offering a result" seemed put out that she was having to deal with the problem-she could use some training in my opinion.

The property is older and there are no amenities but it much nicer than staying at the Main Lodge. The building ages may be about 10 years apart but it’s obvious that the motel has reinvested in the property more than the Main Lodge has. The Main Lodge feels like a 1960’s college dorm building.

walls are paper thin. people staying upstairs arrived at 11pm and walked around continuously until 7am. we weren't able to sleep at all. you can hear everything from footsteps to doors closing to light switches turning on and off to people sitting on their bed. you get what you pay for. the room was really nice, clean and well decorated. but the point of a motel is to sleep. and with the non-existant insulation and depressing tenant quality, i would rather sleep in my car than ever stay here again.
