"Great experience overall. I was in town for the annual Red Tie Gala for the Botham Jean Foundation and this was one of two hotel options. The other was Bay Gardens' resort hotel which is about .75 miles away but on the beach. The Bay Gardens Hotel is lower-priced than the resort, but the staff runs an hourly shuttle to the resort if you want to go to the beach. The advantage of the hotel over the resort is that you're close to shopping with a large grocery store, a KFC and more dining options....

"I don’t think I have ever had a more beautiful view from my room in my life. It was like waking up to a painting every day. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The Anse Chansanet Beach was great and only topped by the short walk to the private Anse Mamin beach. Not the easiest place to get around if you have trouble walking, but everyone is very accommodating if you do need help getting around. "The room was just like a regular hotel room. Nothing fancy, but I did enjoy the veranda. Overall, it was fine for the price. The hotel was older and you can tell. "We stayed in a very quaint little apartment style facility. The manager was very easy to deal with for our late check in. The housekeeper was very pleasant and went above and beyond. When she came into our room to do her job she left cute little displays for us with flowers and on our bed. I will definitely stay there again if it's available next time I plan my trip there."
