"First time in Saint Lucia, was breathtaking! I loved our resort! We went as a couple for my birthday and everything was amazing! Although it is a family resort, we still enjoyed as a couple because by the time we were done at the beach or excursions, the kids were either eating or in bed. Late night swims we had the pools to ourselves. The beach was empty and peaceful during the day which is where we spent most of our days ! Bar on the beach multiple bars in the resort including swim up bar! Buffet food was decently good, the Caribbean restaurant Calabash on the resort was DELICIOUS!! I also liked the jerk hut on the resort! There were so many pools—the resort was huge! The workers were very helpful and friendly! The people of St Lucia were very friendly. We left the resort to do some excursions which were amazing. We did zip lining, the waterfall, and Sulphur springs and mud baths! My favorite was the waterfall! Keep in mind arranging rides to explore the island off the resort is expensive around 200USD for there and back, but definitely worth it! Also had a birthday reservation dinner at Dasheene which is located at the Ladera Resort. It was breathtaking and the most beautiful dinner I have had. Coconut bay resort was exactly what we needed and I loved how it felt like we had it to ourselves! We definitely recommend and would go back! "

"What an amazing place, everything was incredible especially the staff. Close to Soufriere, walking distance to the volcano and mud baths. Food was the best we have ever tasted. Making our own chocolate bar was fun and the tour of the grounds were lovely. Lots of humming birds in the area so worth the walk around the lake. Sugar beach is a great place for snorkling and an easy ride away. Yes we would come back again and again. "
