"Loved everything about this resort "

"This is more of a motel. Loud maids early in the morning outside the doors and on the second day of my three night stay all the hot water for some reason was off all morning and afternoon, so cold shower or nothing. There wasn’t any reason given and a time of return wasn’t given or rebate given. The rooms are dated and so is the bar and restaurant. After 2 days without room service I was told by customer service they only clean the rooms every 3 days."

"The room was nice, no elevator, had to carry the luggage through the stairs to get to the second floor. Not an issue for us but should be stated. Very close to the park. Awesome for the price. Would definitely be back if in the area. "

"Definitely was disappointed that I had to wait over two hours for a room to be available after check-in. We tried to check in early. They told us a room was available but we had a $35 fee. We didn’t want to pay that fee however when we came back at our proper check-in time at 4 PM, we weren’t able to get a room until around 6 PM and we were waiting inside of the lobby and that really dented our day in Orlando for our first day but other than that, everything was great and amazing "

"Fast friendly check in. The room was modern and updated. Staff was helpful and kind with any questions I had. It was cool they have a gift shop, cafe, and restaurant downstairs. Also the location of the hotel was awesome. Directly across street from Icon Park and walkable to all restaurants for good eats. "
