"I have stayed at this location a few times before and this is our first time back in a few years. This is the first time writing a review on them. The staff were extremely helpful and the amenities the hotel offer were great. The managers make it their business to interact with all the guests and are not afraid to lend a hand in the dining room if needed. "Everything was 5 star. The only thing I didn’t like was getting nicked and dimed at $28 a night for parking. Hide the parking cost by raising the room cost if you need to. I wouldn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of if you did that. Staff was top notch. Food at in house restaurant was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"Staff was wonderful and friendly. There was a random cockroach when we first checked in and the room smelled a bit like urine but the room was nice and clean otherwise. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the food fresh and full. They varied the offers a little each day so that was nice. Location for universal was really great!"

"I've recommended this hotel several times since my stay. It as so welcoming after my encounter with Ryan Urban, and the service at the bar especially during Thanksgiving was above and beyond. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and "at your service" approach during the holidays was perfect.
