"Lovely resort...wonderful 5 night stay. Staff are absolutely delightful and are definitely a highlight of our stay. We had to move bures after our first night as there was water leaking in the bathroom. Rooms are really comfortable..no need for air-conditioning at this time of the year...breeze through the screened louvres and fan was perfect for sleeping. Really loved having the outdoor shower."

"Unfortunately, Beachcomber Island Resort was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised on Expedia. This property is listed as a 4-star resort, but in our experience, it was closer to a 2-star property at best. We saw roaches at the breakfast buffet, including on serving utensils. The food was poor, the drinks included in the package were nearly undrinkable, and our shower had mold. The rooms are not fully sealed, so noise carries throughout the night. "Disappointed on my 7th stay there ,won't go back with the latest price hikes and extra energy fees , be sure to check your bill at the end as extras were added on too. Still can't use the green pool , poor internet, lack of bar staff , byo salt and pepper, they won't provide $2 coins for pool table, so, not much todo. Shame as it's a good location and good food."

"We stayed at the Palms purely to accommodate an early morning ferry ride the next day to an island resort and it performed its role perfectly. We arrived about 8pm and the check in process was quick and painless. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.
