"I loved the place! Was very clean the room , even the cover of the bed was smelling nice and clean.. the house was big and the environment very friendly! It doesn’t accommodate many people since there is only few rooms available.. so that is an extra bonus for someone who like quiet and peace! "The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"Charming, roadside motel property. Owners are lovely. Only issue was there was too much furniture in the room and the large table had a loose table leg. We were afaid to use for fear it would collapse. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. "

"My kiddos, partner and I had a job to do in Buffalo. We stayed in Tonawanda and our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, even though the heater was having a hard time. My kids want to live here."

"I love the original architectural character that has been retained, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I also enjoy the convenient location, especially during the Allentown Art Festival weekend. However, there are some areas that can use an update or maintenance. The shower in my original room did not function properly and I had to switch rooms. I didn't appreciate the inconvenience.
