Mallorca Interior Hotels with Indoor Pool

"Virtually perfect. Yes, I know that is a ridiculously high bar but I genuinely struggle to think of anything I would change. We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. "Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options.
