Hotel Spa di Malevizi

"The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

"Tres bien"

"The hotel was not clean, terrible smell, rude employees. Did not even stay the night and never got a refund. AC didn’t work and bugs all over the room. Do not recommend."

"Room is looking not as ok the picture.Dusty inside of the room.Uncomfortable mattress on the couch.Unless, beautiful beach with very nice restaurants, especially Blanco. Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant. Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion. But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos, much better than Heraklion."

"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark...

"Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained"

"Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return "

"This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package. The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia "
