"The staff was nice The bell boy David Angelo and Jose, front desk staff; Sebastian Vilarroel, Oscar front desk manager; Navarro Security all these guy was so nice and helpful. Also the nice women with the American last name, I can’t remember her name, but she was also very nice. I commend all the staff on such good job."

"Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend sraying there. I will wait for the snarky manager comment on this one. But my Girlfriend is colombian and said there was absolutely no point in trying to get my money back because the hotel would make an excuse or lean on some policy in order to not refund me. I'll wait."

"The inside was nice and it looks like it was remodeled, but that’s where it ends. The area practically shuts down around 8 PM, and when I tried to call for an Uber, not one came to the location. There was no restaurant, nor a grocery store open within the vicinity, and after 8 PM, it was very scary. Maybe I should’ve checked out another location within Barranquilla, where there was much more amenities than this."
