"Lovely old world feel with sitting rooms and china/silver at breakfast. Large pool. Great location! Staff extremely helpful and fabulous breakfast. Room updated well. Ours had a room with a view of the lake."

"We had an amazing experience with spa , incredible views and good breakfast. We received a bottle of local red wine as a VIP Expedia gift but free upgrades to room with a view on the lake was not available to us . The waiting staff were very friendly and the piano music in the evening felt very special . If the hotel provided coffee maker in the room it would make it even better."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spoke English which was helpful since we don't speak Italian. They had drinks available in the lobby for purchase and maps showed us where our location was on the map. Very helpful.Hotel is cute and charming basic, clean, there was a little wear visible around the bathroom trim but minimal. Hotel is in an excellent location near a store that sells groceries, clothing and other items. Near many restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk from the lake....

"We choose this property because it was close to the train station. It was plain and without frills or amenities but the air conditioning worked great and the rooms were cleaned. Staff said we qualified for a free city bus pass and said they would email it but never did."
