We arrived late evening and were greeted by a friendly staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Fresh coffee and delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Highly recommend this place !

The check-in was quick, flexibly early, and very informative, service was great from help with our multiple bags (no lift) to breakfast. The room itself was great, however there seems to be a problematic water pressure issue witb the top rooms in the building. We turned on the sink faucet in the morning, no water. Shower, no water...just some distant gurgling sound. The problem resolved itself after a few minutes wait but something for the property to consider as they are apparently expanding their property and adding more rooms. We recommend the place, just not the top floor rooms due to the water issues.

Great service and very nice hotel. Remember breakfast is not included in the price on Expedia. Parking is right behind or optionally across the street. It's a 5 minute walk from the Malbork castle so totally worth the stay.

Minimalist, but what did you expect?
The room was comfortable and clean, though it felt minimalist, but what do you expect for the price? I chose a room with a shared bathroom. The sliding shower doors were off their tracks, and the water never got hot. The area is safe, but bereft of restaurants except the adequate one in the hotel. It was a 35 minute walk to either the European Solidarity Center, or the railway station. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, but I didn't bother using buses in Gdansk.

Great location
Great location to the Malbork Castle. Shared kitchen if you want to leave food or drink in the fridge. We had skylights but due to summer light shon through first thin in the morning.

Najlepsza miejscówka w Malborku
Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Pokój czysty, wygodny. Rewelacyjny kontakt z obiektem. Proces rejestracji w recepcji bardzo miły, personel obiektu życzliwy, pomocny i dowcipny. Przy okazji pozdrawiam :) Śniadania w obiekcie zdecydowanie polecam, smaczne, urozmaicone i obfite (każdy się naje do syta). Dobra kawa do śniadania. Obiekt cichy, kameralny i praktycznie przy samym Zamku. Zdecydowanie atrakcyjne ceny noclegu. Reasumując obiekt godny polecenia i na krótki Citybreak, jak również i dłuższy pobyt. Świetne miejsce na powrót.

Jedyne zastrzeżenie to zapadajacy się fatalny materac, rano czułem jakbym przespał się na rozklekotanym tapczanie.Takze inet wolny Netflix w najniższej rozdzielczości klatkowal. Poza tym wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Lokalizacja - 5min pieszo do zamku.

Zdecydowanie polecam.
Bardzo ładny obiekt, jednak jeszcze na etapie rozwoju, który idzie w dobrą stronę. Świetne położenie blisko Zamku. Ładnie urządzone, czyste pokoje. Bardzo uprzejma i sympatyczna obsługa. Minusem jest brak śniadań, ale za to jest kuchnia ogólnie dostępna. Cena nie najniższa, ale akceptowalna.

Vi är mycket nöjda efter vår natt på detta hotell. Fina rum och badrummet var mycket fräscht. Wi-fi fungerade utmärkt och närheten till ordensborgen var perfekt!
