"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

"L’Hotel Eden è un hotel a tre stelle sul lungomare di Viareggio, in una posizione molto comoda, proprio nella zona della movida. Il punto forte è sicuramente dove si trova: sei vicino a tutto, tra locali, ristoranti e il mare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. "Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "

"The hotel rooms were great, with showers that were amazing. I had to ding the staff a bit due to the restaurant staff. We had some communication issues, but not terrible. The only issue is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center, and you have to go under the railroad either way you go. So expect stairs. Cabs are easy to get, and the staff will assist you. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our two-week time in Italy. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"Great value for money , plenty parking spaces ,good breakfast fantastic base for 1 or 2 nights visiting Pisa. Down side not much outside the hotel . Need to get a taxi to centre of Pisa ."
