"Clean and nice staff"

"I came to the area for a funeral. Upon entering my first room, the remote for the TV didnt work. All i could do was turn the TV on...couldn't change any channels, see the quide, or change the volume. I tried a new remote from the front desk which also didn't work. The young lady at the front desk got me into a new room. Everything in the new room worked perfectly. However...my new room was across the hall from what I believe was a shared room. There was a large family staying across from me with a lot of children who, let's just say, weren't on their best behavior. They ran up and down the halls yelling at each other, held the room doors open and talked very loudly, yelled to the room next to them rather than call them or walk down the hall to the actual room. This went on till about 11:00 PM and then it all started right back up again at 5:00 AM. They all behaved the same way at breakfast as well. Seems like staff could've at least said something to them. The pool is closed for repairs. There's no notification of that upon booking the room. There should at least be a way to indicate that when choosing a hotel room."

"Property was very nice, staff was nice and also check in was very easy. Rooms are all outside access and that makes it really easy to get in and out"

"The room and bathroom were clean. Room service was efficient. Our beds w Err made and towels were replaced. The staff was very service minded. The restaurant does not have a room service, but the clerk volunteered to get our order from the restaurant and deliver it. The service was prompt and the food was great. The hotel is no smoking, but some guests were smoking right out the door such that she the door opens, unwanted smoke gets in the hall ways, Perhaps a smoking area can be created away from the building so that non smoking patrons can avoid second-hand smoke. Other than that, our two night stay was perfect."

"I love the fact that it is quiet and very clean. Cleanliness is the most important. Breakfast is ok., bland. You should come early so you can grab the food warm. "
