"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"

Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. "I booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The furniture wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom, however, need some improvement. The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently located near the room. The pools were clean, and the sea was amazing. The aquapark at Stella Gardens was fantastic, and the shuttle bus was available throughout the day. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including salads, fruits, and desserts. While the quality may not have been premium, it was still very good. The snacks, however, were not that good. The staff was very helpful, especially during checkout. My wife slipped in the bathroom, and we had to leave one night earlier than planned. The team was very understanding and even prepared meals for our road trip. Special thanks to Sameh from the reception team and Hany, the Reception Manager, for their excellent support."
