The first night there was some very loud techno beat until 4 amThe second night there was 9:40- midnight the heat wasn’t working and we were told that 68 should be warm enough. "The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"Registering on arrival was not helpful because we were told that, although we were early (which we knew) the rooms would be available at 11.30am On our return we were told through the intercom system that it would be 12.30 Eventually we returned after 3.00pm and then were able to register. "Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"
