"Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice"

"Perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and wider region by train (only 5 minutes to central station). Friendly host shared lots of helpful information, even before our arrival. Maria gave information about places to visit and breakfast stops in the immediate area. Although located on a main street, leading straight to central predestrianised area of shops, bars and restaurants and marina, very quiet at night.
