All good ither than the hotel put us in a handicapped room for 1 night, we never asked for that. The 2nd day they moved us to a very nice room for the rest of our stay.

Wonderful hotel…staff was so friendly and welcoming…we enjoyed our stay so much and recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. Good food, good service and great location away from the crowds of Amalfi.

Great stay - we were only there for two hours before we added an extra night to our stay. The view rooms were spectacular. Full 180 degree view of the bay across the street. Beach access provided for a small fee, limited food and beverage from the beach - however many markets and carts on the boardwalk. Pool was cool and refreshing. Very quiet as well. Didn’t eat at the restaurant except for breakfast which was typical of the area with many pasty options. Staff - 10/10 for any and all needs. Ciao!

The moment my husband and I walked through the door the staff couldn't have been nicer. The place exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast was exceptional the dining experience in the surrounding areas was fantastic. We ventured out to other areas but found that this hotel and this location was the only place to be and we could have stayed a lot longer than we did. We stayed three nights so very relaxing. You will not make a mistake by staying at this wonderful hotel and area.

I don’t know if my review can even slightly explain how great this place is, but I will try. The staff was amazing, taking our car and luggage very early in the morning before we could even check in. The pool was very relaxing and I loved all of the lemon trees and plants around it. The private beach looked amazing although we did not use it (only because of other plans for the day). The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Will recommend to others to stay here as I would again.

Maiori is a very small but nice town on the Amalfi coast, hotel was beautiful and the pool was terrific, very relaxing 4 days in our vacation

The staff was helpful and friendly. I paid for a balcony with sea view room. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying some peace, tranquility and a view of the sea. The hotel should have a better description! It was an obstructed view of the sea. It was a view of the main road, with cars and pedestrians. There was a bus stop. One night the police pull over a driver and they conducted a vehicle search, while I watched from my “sea view room” I was very disappointed. I went on vacation to find some quietness. Be aware! The description of the room should be city view with obstructed view of the sea! The beds are very very uncomfortable! It was hard to get a good nights rest.

Staff were attentive. Lovely location on the Amalfi Coast and easy to get to other more touristic spots via boat - and very cheap ! The Hotel facilities were very good for a 4*, our children loved the pool - two diving boards. The private beach across the way was busy but fine ! The stones underfoot less so !

The hotel location is in the heart of Maiori across the road from the beach. The intersection with the main tourist attractions could be busy at times, but it did not bother us at all.. We stayed on the 4th floor. Very comfortable stay - elevator, big beach-front view room with large balcony and AC. King-size and tween beds. It felt like the hotel was relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was more than any continental breakfast could offer. Pool is decent size, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of lounge chairs around and it is free. Beach is located across the road from the hotel. It is private and everyone pays to access it - €50/day first, €45/day second, €35/day third row and so forth. For that you get 1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. There is a small cafe with a sitting area where you can order limited menu food and drinks. The beach is also available for other people, who are not the hotel’s patrons. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful - special thank you to front desk personal, specifically Pietro and Antonio for going above and beyond their duties. Rooms5.0Service5.0Location5.0

We had an excellent stay overall. Staff were welcoming, helpful and the room was clean and were well set up for a family room. There was a dinner and DJ set on the Saturday night which made getting to sleep hard, but other than that it was excellent.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They truly made our first visit to the Amalfi coast so wonderful. They even helped us book an exciting day trip to Pompei and Mt. Vesuviano! The property was in a great central area, close walk to the beach, restaurants and ferry port. I could not recommend the Reginna Palace more. We will definitely be back!

Property is nice, pool was still chilly and not sure if it’s supposed to be a hot tub but water is cold. The terrace has amazing views I wish we discovered it earlier. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was super tiny and the beds and pillows so uncomfortable but we found that in other hotels in Italy as well.

The reservation system is a bit sketchy. When we arrived they lost one reservation and did not have a room ready for the second reservation. The rooms are small with minimal amenities and had no air conditioning. Our room was being remodeled and it took two days to get a mirror in the bathroom. The staff was as accommodating as possible given the situation. It sure this would rate as a four star but the staff made up for it.

Property is a bit old, but the ammenitis all work, room size was quite good and the location is excellent. Get a room with oceanview, its really worth it.

The hotel is in the best location in Maiori- close to everything; the Main Street with all the shops and good restaurants and directly across from the beach and a great kids playground. Short walk to the ferried to visit other Amalfi coast towns. Would definitely stay here again. Our view looked directly into the sea. You could hear the waves at night.

Outstanding Hotel in Perfect Location
This hotel is fabulous, the food, the staff, the location are outstanding. Myself and three friends stayed three nights in a four bedded room which was very clean and spacious. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the harbour and the sea which was directly across the road to the private beach. If you would rather have use of a pool, the hotel has a lovely private little pool surrounded by a luscious Mediterranean feel garden with lemons and other fruits growing overhead as you walk through the peregola towards the pool. Breakfast is served overlooking the pool on a beautiful elegant terrace with cream wrought iron tables and chairs with soft furnishings, the whole hotel is very tasteful and gives the impression of a bygone more sophisticated era where you may well have rubbed shoulders with stars of years ago. We had this confirmed by our trip to beautiful and romantic island of Capri where the rich and famous have taken holidays - and continue to do so. Pictures of Clarke Gable, Sophia Loren and Jaquie Kennedy adorned shoe shops where they were pictured having fittings. This Hotel is ideally situated by the harbour to visit all along the Amalfi Coast including Capri, there are little ferry boats that are reasonably priced which run frequent services throughout the day. We have never experienced a holiday with such outstanding scenery and whether observing from the costal route or by road the views are something no one would ever wish to miss or forget.

Relaxing, peaceful hotel in a wonderful location with beach across the street and pedestrian area with shops and restaurants right next door. Stunning coastal views. Tranquil garden area with lush foliage including lemons growing in abundance. Staff is super helpful. Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Food is delicious and plentiful. Parking available for a fee. Wifi is free. Everything you need is here.

Not at all a 4-star property
There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. The first room we were put in hadn't been renovated in decades (perhaps since the hotel was constructed in the 1960's), it had old furniture and the room smelled. We were charged more than we original paid via Hotels.com in order to get renovated rooms that correspond to the pictures on Hotels.com. Plus, the prices on Hotel.com for this hotel are much higher than walk ins are paying. The renovated rooms were nicer, but still not really 4-star. After that, the location was great and the staff friendly, but the visit was horribly diminished by the beginning of this experience. Hotels.com should investigate it's listing, double check the star ratings and the prices.
