"The kitchen wasn't used but the facilities were they if needed.
The rokm was well fuenished and of a good size. The bedroom had a king sized (two large singkes joined together) and good quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless and ha everything you need including toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary gowns and slippers too. A small balcony was available if required but the weather was too cold to sit out.
The staff were all very friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Monika, who was on reception on the day of arrival, also gave a very helpful and detailed overview of the local area, pinting out key places and good dining locations.
A lovely hotel in close proximity tonthe old town but far enough away to be restful and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city."
"Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location, quiet and very comfortable. I can't think if anything that wasn't spot on. Would definitely return."
"Great location, walking distance to a number of must see sights. Loved the quaint room, tall ceilings, brick walls, gorgeous wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was perfect for our morning protein needs."
"Firstly I need to talk about how wonderful the staff are . The receptionist and concierge were extraordinary. My mum had a fall on the first day and then couldn’t walk. They helped us with a wheelchair, helped her in and out of the hotel and even get a photo of my passport to send to me when I was out and forgot my id. The care and kindness was incredible.
The hotel itself is beautiful, in the most perfect location in the old town, looking at the city wall. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice . The fresh fruit was wonderful. I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel ."
